Who we are

What we collect

• What you send us: your name, email address, phone number and message when you write to us on WhatsApp, by email or through a form on this site.

• Bookings and purchases: the details needed to book a coaching session or buy a course. Card payments are handled by the payment provider; we do not see or keep your full card number.

• Email sign-ups: your name and email address when you ask for a free lesson, a quiz result or a guide. Our email service is Kit (ConvertKit). It stores your name and email address only.

• How the site is used: pages visited, device type and approximate location, through cookies from Wix, Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager and Meta.

 

Health information

Please do not send health details through website forms, email sign-ups, comments or social media messages. Our courses and coaching sessions do not collect health information. Therapy sessions take place at the clinic, and clinical records are kept by the clinic in the United Arab Emirates, as UAE law requires. We do not store clinical notes outside the UAE.

 

How we use your information

To answer you, run your booking or course, send the emails you asked for, and understand which pages help visitors. We do not sell your information.

 

Your choices

You can unsubscribe from any email with one click. Write to info@sarahelnabulsi.com and we will reply within 7 working days.

 

How long we keep it

Enquiries: 12 months. Course buyers: for as long as you have course access. Email subscribers: until you unsubscribe. Coaching client details: 12 months after your last session.

 

Changes

If this policy changes, the new version appears on this page with its date.
