Refund and cancellation policy

Online courses (Anxiety 101, Master Yourself)

Our online courses are digital products. Once you have bought a course and received access, the purchase cannot be refunded. If you cannot get into the course at all, write to us within 7 days of purchase and we will fix your access.

 

Sessions: therapy, coaching and the Transcendental Meditation course

Sessions and the Transcendental Meditation course can be refunded.

• If you cancel a confirmed appointment at least 24 hours before it starts, we refund what you paid for it, or move it to another time if you prefer.

• If you cancel with less than 24 hours’ notice, or do not attend a confirmed appointment, the full fee is charged and is not refunded. That time was reserved for you and nobody else could book it.

• If we cancel, you choose a refund or a new time at no cost.

 

Questions about a payment

Write to info@sarahelnabulsi.com with your name and the date of your booking or your order number. We reply within 7 working days.
