Mental Health Solutions That Work

Transcendental Meditation
National Office In Dubai & GCC
Transcendental Meditation (TM) is an effortless, scientifically studied meditation technique practiced for 20 minutes twice a day, requiring no focus or concentration. Unlike other methods, TM allows the mind to settle naturally into a state of restful alertness. Hundreds of peer-reviewed studies show it reduces anxiety, lowers cortisol, and improves sleep and cognitive performance, even in high-stress individuals.
In a recent Podcast Interview Ms. Nabulsi shares her experience teaching Transcendental Meditation Program to clients.
Ms El Nabulsi is not only a certified TM instructor and Licensed Mental Health provider but she is also the Official National Office of the Transcendental Meditation Organizations in the U.A.E. and has more than 15+ years of experience in teaching the technique. About 700 rigorously scientific studies, 100 of which are published in peer-reviewed journals, done in over 200 universities and independent research institutions in more than 100 countries world wide examines the impact of Transcendental Meditation (TM) on individuals of all ages and backgrounds.
Transcendental Meditation is a distinct, effortless technique, backed by more than 700 studies, 100 of which are published in peer-reviewed journals. It doesn’t require focus, discipline, or technique. Often described by clients as the first time they’ve ever felt their mind settle. The evidence shows that this 20 minute daily meditation transforms mental health, physical wellbeing, performance and social wellbeing in a short time.
Transcendental Meditation: What the Studies Show, and Surprisingly Effortless
Most people don’t struggle to meditate because they’re doing it wrong, they struggle because most meditation techniques require effort.
They ask you to concentrate, clear your mind, or stay present… even when your nervous system is flooded.
Transcendental Meditation (TM) is different.
It activates the restful alertness state in the brain, a distinct physiological state where the body experiences deep rest, and the mind remains alert yet quiet. This allows healing, recalibration, and clarity to occur naturally.
Over 700 studies, 100 of which are published in peer-reviewed journals, find that TM supports lower anxiety and cortisol, better sleep, cognitive performance and overall mental health, even in high-functioning, high-stress individuals.

TM vs Other Practices
If you’ve tried to meditate before and felt like you were “failing,” you’re not alone. Most forms of meditation require effort, focusing the breath, repeating instructions, or staying mindful. These techniques can be very helpful over time, but they often are hard to stay consistent with because the benefit gained is limited and impact is strong in the beginning but dwindles soon after.
Here’s how TM is different:
Tm is an effortless practice, you learn how to transcend, a mental activity that is distinct according to numerous studies. transcending produces alpha brain waves as opposed to Beta and Gamma brain waves produced with other meditation techniques.
You basically learn how to rest your mind in the present moment without wrestling with it.

In a nut shell, TM works because it doesn’t ask your mind to fight itself.
It taps into a natural mechanism for inner stillness — with less effort and deeper impact.
