In her words

Why I built this course

Many people who need professional help with anxiety don't have the time for weekly therapy, and some don't have the budget for it. I built this course so they can still have professional guidance, grounded in clinical psychology, in a form they can follow at their own pace.

Sarah El Nabulsi, M.Sc., M.A., M.A.

“Anxiety is not a character flaw. It's a call for structure, clarity, and nervous system safety.”

Is this for you?

This course is for you if…

You want a clear, structured way to understand anxiety, at your own pace.

You overthink, and you're tired of it

Your mind replays conversations and runs through what could go wrong. You want to understand why, and what to do with it.

Your body reacts before you can think

A racing heart, a tight chest, broken sleep. You want to know what your nervous system is doing.

You want structure, not tips

Everything comes in the order Sarah El Nabulsi teaches it, so each step builds on the last.

You're busy

About 4 to 5 hours in total: a weekend, or under 30 minutes a day.

This may not be the right fit if…

  • You need clinical care right now. A course is education, not treatment.

  • You're looking for a diagnosis or a treatment plan.

  • You want someone to do the work for you. The course asks you to reflect, write and practise.

  • You'd rather learn in Arabic only. The course is in English, with Arabic subtitles.

What you'll take away

By the end of Anxiety 101, you will know

  • How anxiety works in the body, including the fight-or-flight response

  • The common types of anxiety, and how to rate your own symptoms with the Beck Anxiety Inventory, a standard questionnaire used in CBT

  • What "locus of control" means, and how it shapes the way you react

  • The basics of cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), and how to use them on your own thinking

  • Practical foundations for sleep and daily routine, including guidance from Ayurveda

  • A simple plan to keep going after the course

“I recently completed this course on understanding and managing anxiety, and I must say, it exceeded my expectations. The course is well-structured, presenting fundamental information and practical tips in a clear and accessible manner. It offers a solid theoretical foundation, which is perfect for anyone new to the subject. The content is thorough and well-organized, making it easy to self-reflect, grasp the key concepts and strategies for dealing with anxiety. I'm excited to start applying the tips I've learned and I am looking forward to the next practical course that will help me implement these strategies in my daily life. Overall, this course is an excellent starting point towards better managing anxiety. Highly recommended!”
