TM vs Other Practices

If you’ve tried to meditate before and felt like you were “failing,” you’re not alone.Most forms of meditation require effort, focusing the breath, repeating instructions, or staying mindful. How to Learn TM

TM is taught by  over 5 sessions. One session must be in-person & the rest can be online.​

First step is attending an Introductory Lesson about the benefits, you can do that now by clicking the video of Ms El Nabulsi's Intro Talk which will give you a concise understanding of the main points to learn before starting the course.

Step 2 is attending your in-person one on one instruction session with Ms. El Nabulsi at the center by clicking the call us button to book your appointment.

Steps 3,4 & 5 are done in a group or individual, online or in person. In these lessons your practice is fine tuned and perfected.
